| No Love is Greater than your Mother's Care... |
Once the preacher reached in a city for his motivation
towards people of the city. When the people there came to know, all those
people reached to meet The Preacher. The rich peoples of the city grew from one
to one and brought a gift to the Preacher. Some brought a golden ring and some
brought a precious necklace studded with diamonds. The Preacher would take the
most gifts and set it aside.
In that way, an old woman came to the Preacher and said,
"Sir, when I received the news of your arrival, I was anxious to meet
you." I am very poor and buried in debt. I do not have any gift to give
you. While I was eating food, I brought some Roti (Indian bread) for you. If
you accept this poor bread then I will be very happy.
The Preacher got tears in his eyes. He took that bread from
that woman and started eating there. The people sitting there felt bad about
this thing. They asked- The Preacher, you have given away the precious gifts
given to us and you are eating false bread of this dirty dressed woman with
great taste. Why so?
The Preacher smiling with great beauty replied that, see,
you guys gave me precious gems by taking out only a part of my money and
wealth.
But this woman has nothing but this bread, yet she gave me
the mouth of her mouth, what could be bigger and better than this? Only a
mother can do such a thing, the mother herself feeds her children even after
being hungry. This is not ordinary bread, this is the mother's love, and I
salute this caring mother for a hundred years.
Hearing The Preacher's words, all the people present there
were shocked. Wow! You have such high thoughts. These words were meant for The
Preacher in everyone's mind.
My dear Friends, Our Mother is not a simple human but a gift
given to us by God. It is said that in front of the mother's love, the
happiness of heaven has also faded. It’s because the mother is the person who
bears her own children. So friends, serve your parents and never make them sad,
this is the lesson of this story.
