A Strong Woman is always Successful - Kalpana Saroj Story

At the age of 12, she was married to a boy 10 years older than her. Due to her in-laws being in a big city like Mumbai, she left her small village and moved to Mumbai. Her in-laws were in a slum in Mumbai. But she did not have the luck of a beautiful and happy married life as she thought. She had the responsibility of doing all the housework in the in-laws house. At the age of 12, when young children play with toys, the girl used to cook 10-12 people and also did many household chores. In-laws were beaten up for not doing the work properly.

A girl whose journey started with so many problems, today our country is counted among the most successful women. That girl's name is KALPANA SAROJ ...

When her father comes to meet Kalpana who is fighting her atrocities at her in-laws house, he cannot find her daughter. Seeing her condition, he decided to take his daughter back to the village. Despite the opposition of the in-laws, she brought small imagination to the village.

Society blames Kalpana for her broken world. Unable to bear all these things, Kalpana tried to commit suicide by consuming poison, but luckily she survived. After this incident, there was a lot of change in her and she decided to show her future life to do something for herself.

She tried to find a job in different places but due to lack of education, she found failure everywhere. Then she decided to go to Mumbai to find work. After celebrating her mother, she came to Mumbai. Identifying her uncle, she got involved in stitching work.

But due to lack of confidence there, she continued to work as a helper for a month. After gaining a little confidence, she started working as a prisoner in the same company.

She first saw a 100 rupee note when she became a trader after Helper's job of 60 rupees a month.

After that her younger siblings moved to Mumbai. After coming to Mumbai, one of her sisters died due to illness. It had a profound effect on the young imagination.

Due to the lack of money, she could not find a child for her sister, thinking that she started working more. She also got the idea to start her own business during this time.

From her home, she started searching for different schemes and started her business by taking loan. Kalpana slowly started to increase her experience in business by starting a business of beauty parlour and furniture.

Kalpana, who does small business, now got the opportunity to go to real estate when she got an offer to sell a plot of land. Kalpana collected lakhs of rupees by collecting money from different places and bought that plot. After purchasing the plot, she came to know about the troubles going on.

After 3-4 years of hard work and struggle, she finally got that plot free from all government problems, then its price increased by more than 20 times. On that plot, she built a building with her Sindhi partner and from that she started travelling in real estate.

After rattling through such difficulties, people started knowing and accepting Kalpana Ji. But there was still a turning point in her life - named Kamani Tubes!

The Kamani Tubes Company was going through very bad conditions at that time. Due to such troubles she was going to close soon. Seeing that the employees working in the Kamani Tubes offered Kalpana Ji to take over the company. This was a very risky decision. Despite having no experience in running an engineering company, she took this risk and today "Kamani Tubes" has become a company of about 100 million dollars growing rapidly.
